Sound familiar?
A spreadsheet for every funder
Each grant wants its own numbers, so someone rebuilds the figures every quarter.
Referrals arrive everywhere
By email, by phone and on paper, and some never reach a record.
Outcomes are hard to prove
The work happens, but the evidence sits in notes that nobody can count.

A day with Affinux
An advice team’s day, start to finish. Every line is something Affinux does today.
A referral comes in
A housing officer sends Liam’s details through the referral form on your website. His record and a case are created.
An appointment is booked
Liam gets a calendar invitation, and a text reminder the day before.
An interpreter is linked
Marta is linked to Liam’s record as his interpreter, so everyone knows to involve her.
An outcome is recorded
Rent arrears cleared. The outcome goes on the case, with the date it happened.
A funder report falls due
Funding shows the progress report due at the end of the month, and admins get a reminder.
Questions
Can we report to more than one funder?
Yes. Each award records its funder, its instalments and its reports, with the date each report is due.
Can referrers send people to us directly?
Yes. Put a referral form on your website, and each referral creates a record and a case. Forms come with the Professional plan.
Can we show outcomes?
Yes. Record assessment scores and outcome ladders on each case, and close each case with a reason, such as goals met or referred on.
