Can staff use their own mailboxes?
Yes. Connect Microsoft 365 or Gmail mailboxes, then read, reply to and file email on the right person’s record without leaving Affinux.
Do we need our own Twilio or Stripe account?
Yes. Texts and WhatsApp messages go through your own Twilio account, and payments through your own Stripe account, so the messages and money stay in accounts you control.
Is there an API?
Yes. Professional includes a REST API to read and write records from your own systems, and webhooks to start automations from other systems.
Can we move our data from our current system?
Yes. Save your spreadsheets or your current system’s exports as CSV files and import them, with a dry run first. You can undo an import of people for 30 days, and we can help you move from systems such as Lamplight and GoodCRM.
