Explore with sample data. No card needed.
Two sides, one system
A workspace for your team, a portal for everyone else
The staff workspace
Your team works in one place: records, cases, sessions, the shared inbox, the calendar and reports. Each person sees what their role, branch and team allow.
The portalEarly access
The people you support, and your carers, mentors and volunteers, sign in to a portal of their own. They see their own sessions, invoices and pairings, and nothing else.
The six areas
Everything around the person
People and roles
One record, whatever roles someone holds
A person can be a foster carer, a volunteer and a donor at once. Their record keeps one history, and each role adds the fields and screens it needs.
- Roles you name yourself, each with its own fields
- Relationships and households, such as a partner, a social worker or a GP
- Consent for each channel and purpose
- Segments, tags, and branches or teams that decide who sees what
Delivery and casework
The work you do with people
Run programmes, cases, mentoring, training and recruitment from the same records. A helpline log keeps every call.
- Programmes with sessions and attendance registers
- Cases with assessments, goals and outcome scores
- Safeguarding concerns that can be closed but never deleted
- Mentoring pairs, training courses and certificates
- ReferralFrom the website referral form · 2 Sep
- AssessmentAssessment recorded · score 14

Conversations
Every conversation, on the right record
Email, WhatsApp, SMS and web chat arrive in one shared inbox, filed on the person they came from. Staff can connect their own Gmail or Outlook mailbox too.
- Assign conversations and see how long each has waited
- AI drafts a reply when you ask, and a person sends it
- Internal notes beside the conversation
- Campaigns that check consent for each channel and purpose
Money
The money, on the same record
Donations, Gift Aid declarations, invoices and funding link to the people and organisations they belong to.
- One-off and recurring gifts, with Gift Aid declarations and claim schedules
- Invoices with card payment links, one-off or recurring
- Funding applications, awards and reports due
Portal
Early accessA portal for the people you work with
Carers, mentors, volunteers and the people you support can have their own login. They see only what their roles allow.
- Their upcoming sessions and bookings
- Their invoices and pairings
- Staff can preview exactly what each person sees
The portal is in early access.
Ask about early accessAutomation and AI
Automations and AI that take the busywork
Automations run when something happens, such as a form arriving or a case opening. AI drafts and summarises when you ask, and a person applies every change.
- Triggers such as a form submitted, a record created or a case opened
- Steps that send email, SMS or WhatsApp, create tasks, wait and branch
- Forms on your website that create records and cases
- A REST API and webhooks for your own systems
Automations, forms and the REST API come with the Professional plan.

A day with Affinux
One support team’s day, start to finish. Every line is something Affinux does today.
A referral arrives
A referral form on the website creates Jordan’s record and opens a case. An automation creates a task for Sam.
His mum sends a WhatsApp
It lands in the shared inbox, on her record, already linked to Jordan.
The first assessment is booked
Everyone gets a calendar invitation, and a text reminder the day before.
A session is logged
Sam records a safeguarding concern on the case. It can be closed later, but never deleted.
The notes are summarised
Sam asks AI for a case summary, reads it, and applies it to the record.
Jordan’s mum checks the portalEarly access
She sees the time of the next session from her phone.

Questions about the platform
Can one person hold several roles?
Yes. One record holds every role a person has, such as foster carer, volunteer and donor, with one history across all of them.
Which plan do we need?
Starter covers people, programmes, cases, mentoring, training, helpline, recruitment and funding. Growth adds the shared inbox, web chat, calendar, documents and reports. Professional adds automations, forms and the API.
Can we use our own words?
Yes. Rename people, roles and features to match how you work, whether that’s participants, foster carers, members or candidates. Switch off what you don’t use.
Do the people we support need a staff seat?
No. Portal logins for carers, mentors and volunteers are never counted as staff seats. Portal access costs £50 a month for 500 contacts.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and no card is needed. Explore with sample data, then choose a plan to keep going.
