Questions about pricing
Do prices include VAT?
There’s no VAT to add. Affinux isn’t registered for VAT, so you pay the price shown.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and no card is needed. Explore with sample data, then choose a plan to keep going.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move to a different plan as your organisation grows or your needs change.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Download your records as CSV files at any time, and for 14 days after your plan ends.
Do the people we support need a staff seat?
No. Portal logins for carers, mentors and volunteers are never counted as staff seats. Portal access costs £50 a month for 500 contacts.
Is there a long contract?
No. Plans are monthly, with no minimum term. Cancel at any time, and your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for. After that, your records stay read-only for 14 days so you can download them.
